Training that travels with your week

I coach adults in parks, living rooms, a quiet studio and on screen — whichever keeps you showing up. Every client starts with a 12-week block built around one clear goal.

Four ways to train

Training formats

Pick the setting that fits your life now. You can switch formats between blocks, and most clients mix two.

Park circuits

Outdoor strength and conditioning with bands, kettlebells and whatever the bench allows. Good for people who hate gyms.

Home strength

I bring the kit to you. We build a routine that fits your floor space so the off-days are easy to repeat alone.

Run build

Easy-pace running, drills and strength work for a first 10K or a comeback after time off. Paced progressions, no heroics.

What you commit to

How a 12-week block runs

Every block follows the same four phases, so you always know why this week looks the way it does.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Assess and settle

Movement screen, a simple baseline for your goal, and a look at your real schedule. We agree on two or three sessions a week you can actually keep.

  2. Weeks 3–6

    Build the foundation

Technique first. Loads and distances stay honest while habits form. You get a short plan for the days we are not together.

  3. Weeks 7–10

    Add load

Progress becomes deliberate: heavier sets, longer runs or harder intervals, adjusted every week from how you felt and slept.

  4. Weeks 11–12

    Test and plan ahead

We repeat the baseline, compare notes, and decide whether the next block pushes further, changes focus or eases off.

Common questions

I haven't exercised in years. Is that a problem?

Not at all — many clients start there. The first two weeks are deliberately gentle, and nothing gets heavier until the movement looks and feels right to both of us.

Can you work around an old injury?

Yes. Tell me about it in the consult. If it's recent or still being treated, I'll ask you to check in with your physio or doctor and we'll plan around their guidance.

What happens to park sessions when it rains?

Light rain, we train. Storms or ice, the session moves online or to your home at the same time, or we reschedule within the same week.

Do I need to buy equipment?

No. I bring what we need to park and home sessions. If you want to train alone on off-days, I'll suggest one or two inexpensive pieces that suit your space.

How much notice do you need to cancel?

Twenty-four hours. With that notice the session moves to another slot; later cancellations count as used unless it's illness or an emergency.

Do you give nutrition plans?

I share practical habits around protein, hydration and fuelling for training. Detailed meal plans or medical diets are for a registered dietitian, and I'm happy to work alongside one.
